I always gargle with Corsodyl mouthwash before and after a number of dodgy oral practices, including snogging with anyone in party environments who might have been doing goodness knows what immediately beforehand.
I'm particularly paranoid about visits from a garden song bird with a speckled chest. |

Definitely second this, I've got better over the years.
You can buy spray from Lovehoney and places but never tried it personally but I don't see how it would get rid of your gag reflex as such.
