From the thread title and your post, I'm not sure if you mean jewellery in the sense of a PA piercing or cock rings as in the things you wear around the base of the shaft/glans?
No idea about the first - I can see the visual appeal but not for me, in a practical or style sense.
The second, assuming metal ones rather than the rubber/silicone etc variety, I enjoy the weight of a simple metal cock ring or two when I'm walking around nude, it's a nice feeling. Generally only in private too - I'd feel like I were being exhibitionist wearing jewellery on my cock at a nude beach for example, and never at a naturist venue.
