I don’t know if it’s just coincidence but over the years I’ve met more health/ social care professions than any other. I’m guessing like 70% ish levels |

Interesting theme...over the years on Fab I've met some very talented people, a professional artist, a replica jewellery maker for historical tv programs and films, a chef, two wedding cake makers and a member of the British secret intelligence service! |

I’m an engineer area training and quality manager. I have a question? How do you educate said engineers? It seems belittling. I’m sure the engineers with their papers and served time and experience need you to “educate” them.
Oh, I hear a phone. Go answer the phone and make the coffee |

That reminds me of the 7 year old boy in the 'Seven Up' series who said "I want to be an astronaut but if I can't be an astronaut I'd like to be a coach driver".
In the end he became a likeable drop -out. |

"So many NHS or teaching profession ..
Exactly the same on dating site
I’ve honestly no idea why"
The college of c.1500 students I work at has approx 120 staff in total. Now think of all the primary, secondary schools, nursery schools, FE colleges, universities and private education providers and see how many staff you get? And the NHS is the one of the largest employers in the world (now add all the private staff in too!)
I hope that answers your question
Yours truly,

One of the great aspects of meeting people in the swinging scene is it doesn't matter what you do for a living, your social status or background.
Indeed, we often tell newbies the first rule at a party, don't ask anyone what they do for a living.
Maybe once they get to know you they will be happy to tell.
It's great fun trying to guess, invariably you're wrong.

Funny you mention peacocking after a gas platform was mentioned.

Subject matter expert and regional manager. I manage my team regionally, I control my department across 8 sites from Lincoln to Huddersfield, so you maybe the same? Controlling your region and you have to be a subject matter expert.

I’m an engineer area training and quality manager. I have a question? How do you educate said engineers? It seems belittling. I’m sure the engineers with their papers and served time and experience need you to “educate” them.
Oh, I hear a phone. Go answer the phone and make the coffee
Well honey I used ‘educate’ as I was being playful and having a laugh. However, as you brought it up there’s a reason why I’m a Regional Manager and they are still engineers and I sign off their work
I’ll have a fresh ginger tea thanks
I'm an engineer in the energy industry ..(power stations, gas platforms etc) ..i think you might struggle to "sign off " my work ..
Are your "engineers" fitting double glazed windows perhaps ? ( not that there's anything with doing that for a living )
Exactly these words. I think some lady is telling tails
Don't you mean tales
I was totally happy with my pun.
Ahhhh I get it a play on words centered around
EduKation maybe
Oh boys boys.... it’s none of the industries you’ve mentioned above! But you go ahead and enjoy your chest puffing, and peacocking. It’s quite the entertainment.
Bless, you are drowning in your lies
It’s all a bit patronising really.
bit misogynist to think that she can't be above men or know more than them is what I was thinking
That's nonsense...not reflected in any of the comments above, which are simply around the patronising, quite arrogant comment.
Apparently she believes that belittling “the boys” isn’t sexiest. Sad these people feel that’s this is ok. Shame on her.
Except I made a lighthearted comment, yet you thought you’d call me a liar
Subject matter expert and regional manager. I manage my team regionally, I control my department across 8 sites from Lincoln to Huddersfield, so you maybe the same? Controlling your region and you have to be a subject matter expert.

she meant that in a light hearted manner.. bit like saying "the girls"..and if everyone below her is a man then other than a junior term used (for reasons above) she is entirely factual.
you attacked her profession and her ability to have said accreditations ...see the difference |

I really don't care what any of you do.
If we met it is of no importance.
I would judge you on how the initial social meet planned out, try to impress us with your very, very good job or your high flying status and it will be a thanks for coming but not taking it any further.
We are looking for swinging partners and singles, not a new husband/wife.

I’m just a Technician.. day 3 on the new job! Ha
Previous job title was engineer, but I didn’t have the qualifications to say I was an engineer and after a length argument with a proper engineer, I seen their point. |

There are not many photographers on here lol, just many offering to take pictures
Haven't seen many music producers, model agents for a few years, but there have been an influx of "Keyworkers", which sadly detracts those here that are doing stirling job who have our support. "
