I’m an engineer area training and quality manager. I have a question? How do you educate said engineers? It seems belittling. I’m sure the engineers with their papers and served time and experience need you to “educate” them.

The college of c.1500 students I work at has approx 120 staff in total. Now think of all the primary, secondary schools, nursery schools, FE colleges, universities and private education providers and see how many staff you get? And the NHS is the one of the largest employers in the world (now add all the private staff in too!)
