There are other more specialised sites that he may find he gets a better response than fab
If there are any munches (virtual) he can join to get to know people, that would be good as most Dom(mes) looking for subs tend to want to get to know you first before taking you on (and vice versa). |

I initially read that as looking for a Gorean Master.
Personally I think there are competent people on here as well as on specialised sites. There is the same problem on here and there, which is finding the right person in a crowded field of people claiming to be a dom or a master.
To find the right person requires doing the work of self discovery i.e. what is that the person is looking for out of D/S? There are many forms of relationship and some overlap. Doing this work will direct the person to what is wanted from a master or owner.
Then as _etcpl has set there are other arenas to meet doms and owners.
Then there is the question of any candidate dom or master demonstrating they have the correct blend of experience, temperament and skill for the type of relationshipis wanted. This is a separate area if advice but I suspect Google is your friend on this.
