Had a conversation with some friends and we was talking about women who say they like a badboy but what do they actually mean like as in they like a person who treats them badly or is it there attittude
Just a question for the ladies what is a badboy? and why do alot of women prefer them over the so called ‘nice guy’ |

I think when they say badboy in general it's the attitude of the man and possibly his reputation. I still don't understand why some women specifically seek out badboys then get upset when they get treated badly. |

Very few women like a bad boy. They're usually idiots who cheat and lie. The women who like them are often in a repeat pattern of bad relationships unable to understand why the men they're attracted to always treat them badly. They also tend to stick with these guys despite numerous warning signs. When they ask for advice and you point out that they're enabling bad behaviour by overlooking it or repeatedly forgiving it they look at you all teary eyed and say "but I love him". Loving someone doesn't mean they can persistently treat you like shit.

I think some women are naturally attracted to men with a certain arrogance about them, they thrive on being treated like someone that doesn't really matter, then complain that they are never treated well, but clearly they like it or they wouldn't keep instinctively searching for that type of guy. And a bad boy never oversteps consent. You just find yourself consenting to stuff you wouldn't usually do because you trust them. And you're right to do so. Bad boys are phenomenal shags!

I promise you that it's a lot more nuanced than this. It's highly erotic over a period of time, allows you to grow and shed the 'rules' you've absorbed your whole life about how women should behave. It's incredibly freeing being with a true bad boy.
It's really not the same as being friend zoned. I've experienced both and it really doesn't compare.
