Was looking around online for a place to live and maybe someone to join me on a joint tenantcy on a place. You know help share the rent bills etc. as i cant do it all on my own.

I guess because its easier to talk about sex straight away. If you're open minded and have lots of things you want to try then you can cut out months/years of building up to it etc. I personally get off on fulfilling people's fantasies and boundaries so it's much easier getting a message saying "Hey Scott, would you be interested in xxxxxxxxxxxxx with me?"
