They are brilliant...they are very sturdy.
You sit in a seat. You have your legs in stirrups but they are loose so you can move them around freely, but the positioning of them, they are always open. Your have somewhere where you can place your hands to hold.
It just suspends you pressed against the door so you can have sex with him standing up 
If you have imagination then you can do all kinds of wonderful things or you can just use it to have sex.
You can also get into various other positions too...a search engine will show you...
It’s perfectly safe unless the door opens unexpectedly!

D and I have this one from Bondara
https://www.bondara.co.uk/bondara-black-soft-plush-over-the-door-sex-swing. It's very comfortable and secure. Whatever one you get, ensure you choose one that has a seat for your bum otherwise won't feel as secure.
Also, you will definitely need a chair to get in and out of the swing. It's quite fiddly to use at the beginning, but worth it when you get the height etc. right. |

Thank you for the link! And the tip about getting one with a proper seat for the bum, haha. Some of the ones I've seen are very "minimal" so definitely something to keep in mind.
