Seems to be a huge amount of fake profiles on here since Covid. Often a “couple” with public and private pics. No veris, standard.
Don’t see the point of a fake profile, where can it get you? Never get a meet with one. Maybe the guys masquerading as couples should just watch a little porn and sort themselves out rather than wasting real people’s, and their own time. |

It's not just guys creating fake profiles...some people seem to get a buzz out of messing people about, arranging things and not turning up or cancelling...its a sort of game for them .. |

How is anybody wasting anyone else's time at the moment??. We are in lockdown and haven't been able to meet for sex since last March. So all we can do is chat and cam. So how does anybody being a fake matter at the moment anyway.

it is difficult to have veris on a profile when we are in a lockdown and not allowed to meet people.
There are always loads of fakes on here though, hard to tell if the number is increasing or not. |

Omg its getting a joke now . Surely the people who verify the photos have access to Google images. U can upload pics and it searches the net for said picture or android phones u hold ur finger on the pic and it says search.... I can't see why they can't do a feature where only site supporters and photo verified people can send messages |

I know you can set message filters to not recieve messages from certain people but it will deter fakes from signing up if they don't have access to that feature |

Because even if you engage in messaging, maybe swap numbers, sexting etc then discover their deception one can feel violated. I do anyway. They are liars and frauds. I had a guy messaging me using pics of a Norwegian model. The deliberate theft of someone else's images is wrong. Maybe I'm naive but it always leaves me feeling very uneasy. |

The way I see it the only time getting wasted is by the actual fakes/liars themselves.
Their lives and minds can't be normal they're basically inadequate losers.
I feel pity for them not anger it's really not worth getting upset about it.
If you fall victim to a fake/liar you're probably more annoyed at yourself, for being deceived.
They don't have a conscience and just move on to the next victim. There is no solution they've been around even before the internet took off, in the old days of contact mags. |

Putting a price on sites entry instead of free and photo verification mandatory would be a big help. But tbh the idiot silhouette brigade are easy to spot it’s the ones that have paid up with photos and some verification that are the pain. "
Pay walls would put plenty of genuine people off aswell, especially newbies who may not be sure what they want/expect from it. And you only need to look at paid dating sites to see that it doesnt stop people creating fake profiles and messing people about, especially the ones who are willing to put the effort in to create convincing profiles |

The fakes are part of the natural ecosystem of any sex/swingers site......
They serve two purposes.....
1 - inflate the user numbers for the site
Without the fake single women and couples profiles.... The true user numbers would be 10 million men , and 500k women/couples.
2 - keep paying members active
Whenever your membership is about expire , you always get a influx of attention from people... Once you renew your membership, They disappear...

We experienced that too, far too often.
We joined the week before lockdown, so our only veri is a webcam one.
Everytime we set up another, they just vanished and never messaged again.
Got quite tired of it.
Plus we have a code phrase to start your first message with, only 10% of messages we got had it as the title, proving they were timewasters.
Thought about leaving the site because of the amount of fakes, but have decided to hide our profile til after we can actually meet people. Fed up of being contacted by timewasters.
We are only logging on to keep in contact with couples we've made friends with and have a look at the forum topics.
If the site doesn't improve, we're off to another site, or just stick to going to clubs when we actually are allowed to.

But if your not verified by another member u can be photo verified by the admin where u send a private picture of yourself(s) holding a peice of paper . No member can see it as like I said its private . That alone is proof the person isn't fake so what's stopping people from doing that ? |
