It's never been an issue either way for me and definitely not a deciding factor if I meet someone or not.

Im cut as a 3yo due tight foreskin causing issues, so all fine with reason it was done. Bit strange growing up as most in uk were uncut.

So in conclusion... It seems some are cut and they are largely OK with it.
There are some that are uncut and they are largely OK with it.
