With the female ones usually all the torso to the waist goes through with ankle restraints on your side so the legs are held up easier access to the genitals. |

Usually yes or if on their own at a club then a member of the club sometimes police's it for them. |

Intersting reading the comments, especially from women and couples who like the idea gloryholes.
Might convert my spare bedroom into one or convert my hall way into a private space with an opening.

Do it yourself, I been to a few and people who have just converted part of a garage, one room, a door and even a shower curtain into one.
Plenty of options to do it yourself, don't really cost much. |
