Mine didn't hurt when it was done, but it does hurt when it's healing...like,every time I brushed my arm or anything against my breast. It also takes a good couple of months to heal completely. Mine doesn't enhance sensation at all, quite the opposite in fact...that nipple rarely gets erect any more (but I understand that I'm the oddity there as a lot of people say it enhances sensation).
Top tip: be careful when taking lacy bra's off if you get it done...bars can get caught  |

When the anaesthetic wears off and you’re on the pain/pleasure threshold is worth it alone! As has been said, keep it clean and you’ll have fun playing with it in different ways for years to cum!  |

Had both of mine done - took ages to heal, but worth it. Just look after them. Not sure they’ve added anything to sensitivity - but they’re sexy and a fun thing to know you’ve got lurking under your jumper! Mrs T x |

I love how mine look.
Getting them done hurts like hell, had both done without anaesthetic, and took a while to heal.
Be very careful if you use a shower puff!! |

Getting both nipples pierced was well worth it. Before piercing I had no sensation at all, that changed in minutes. My wife made sure i ate something sweet shortly after piercing to counteract the adrenaline. |

Had both of mine done 20 years ago, at one stage I had two piercings in each nipple but now I'm down to just one.
They feel a bit "fiery" when you get them done (well, mine did anyway, obviously I don't speak for everyone) but look after them and they'll be good for years.
Totally agree with the poster above about shower puffs though... beware!!! |

I love how mine looks and think it looks under a T-shirt without a bra.
They say nipple piercing is the worst for infections. It’s not as simple as having your ears pierced. It takes a long time to heal. Need to clean day and night
But go for it! So much fun

Hi my ex was very busty 36G she had both her nipples pierced and loved them she used to wear rings in them to hang weights etc then she started to use thicker heavier rings she also very rarely wore a bra she liked to show them off |
