I’m looking at taking it up to try and help inflexibility and muscles and joint pains. I’ve bought a book called yoga for men by dean pohlman which seems good, it gives a good number of poses, routines to target areas and a few workout plans which show you which routines to do each day for 12/16 weeks to target specific outcomes. |

Love yoga, it is very good for both mind and body. And there are a few different types of yoga, more energetic ones for core strength or more passive and opening types that help you with becoming more flexible. I’d give it a go, it’s not as easy as some may think |

I’m such a fan. Don’t always stick by it, but it’s really great for putting mind and body in order. If you find the mystical side of it a little embarrassing, yoga with Adrienne on YouTube does a good job of focusing more on the physical aspect. |
