I have a room that I keep only for sex. It's got it's own en suite and is always kept locked. It's not exactly 50 shades but is a special place that i like to think people can relax and let go. |

I don't share my secrets all the time  but its low lighting and has a central bed big enough for 6 and the en suite is a walk in with a large 4 person bath and wet room... |

I am fortunate enough to have my own home and converted my 2nd bedroom into a dungeon playroom.
This was completed at the end of 2020 with the addition of 5 extra strong ceiling anchor points and a sex swing!
It also rather importantly has a lock on the door so when my vanilla friends visit they wouldn't just walk into something straight outta 50 shades of grey!  |

We've turned my old office/studio into our own little club/playroom - right at the end of our garden so no noise issues, made some furniture for it including, a sex swing, queening chair, spanking bench |

Yes, we have a top floor of 2 rooms, a bathroom and landing that is our play area for visitors. One room has a bed and chairs etc with Attachement points for chains. The other room has wardrobe and drawers with outfits and toys and we are still looking for a St Andrew's Cross. We also have a Chesterfield sofa on the landing, so lots of options for furniture, positions and toys. |

I was very tempted.
I have a spare room although it's not very big at all. However I decided there's really no point.
I'm single and I'd rather have somewhere for my son to sleep when he comes to visit that I don't have to dismantle in a hurry or anything, so it's gonna be a dressing room when it's done. |

It's about a safe space that is like MR Ben's visit to the fancy dress shop. When you enter you can be what or who you like. Theres no pressure and a place to let go.
I just prefer that if friends pop by they can at least feel at ease.
Since lockdown it's been re decorated and improved. I live alone so I never have strangers visit and I'd rather bot have my home used as a shag fest in every room when the majority of the time my house is a normal place where I get up and go about my daily routine. I sometimes use it for my own pleasure as theres something naughty about having it. |

Small cottage here so hard to dedicate a room just for sex but some of the things we have are 'dual purpose'
So the main bed is traditional cast iron with rails on the head and foot board ( perfect for restraints. An artist's sit down easel is a perfect spanking bench. We have a Victorian school desk (no hints there lol) and a turn of the century dentists chair (also no hints). Hard floors downstairs means we can play with sharps and hot wax.
So enough to get up to maybe 50% of what we would get up to in a club, we like our light fittings and low ceilings to much for anything with a longer reach or fire. We would do that outside but fairly sure we would baffle the neighbours  |
