I presume you mean VCH vertical clitoral hood and NOT the clitoris, which is NOT recommended due to potential, or near certain damage to the nerve endings in the glands.
I would suggest that there is negligible stimulation for the recipient regards this piercing.

I had my hood pierced. My ex had a triangle.
We both found it did mean there was a heightened level of continual arousal. I had a banana bar in mine so it did rub against my clit...
I had my nipples pierced that caused nerve damage so I wouldn't pierce my actual clit, my nipples are over sensitive, sounds like a good thing but a light touch can be painful and a turn off, I'd hate that for my clit!!! |

The risk of nerve damage seems high. Personally neither my partner or I fancy going down on someone pierced and we both LOVE pussy. Wouldn't want to chip our teeth either lol. We've both had experience and neither of us liked giving oral to those pierced. Natural is sooooooo much tastier  |
