White skirts are difficult to coordinate. Do you like strong contrasts or more subtle combinations? Will you be wearing it for day, evening or private times?
I'd suggest a white jacket in a shape that suits you with a contrasting camisole, scarlet, purple something like that, not black in the evening you could change the camisole for something in satin, a tiny bra top or a corset. A gorgeous jumper that slips off one shoulder in almost any colour would look great. How about a crisp fitted shirt?
