Yes it can, but I'd say less likely. If someone has perhaps only one veri I'd be suspicious. If they have about 5 or more it's usually a sign they're genuine |

Easy to be a fake profile if you want to be. Can't really get to grips with why you would on here though. Plenty of easier ways to get wank fodder!

It's not rocket science just follow the veri's if the lead to another avount that only verified each other etc then its potentially fake. EG 4 to 8 scounts who only exclusively verify each other. Also the style of language used on each very is very similar.
Genuine verified is easy to spot just follow the veri's each person who left a veri has multiple veri's all from different people many times including clubs.
I've always wondered why this is hard to follow? Fake verified accounts are so obvious to spot.

This is one of the reasons why we don't do meets.
We are very much into the club and party scene.
For us it is like going out for a meal and not knowing what you fancy. |

We don't rely on pictures or verifications - both can be easily faked. People's circumstances can change too so there's nothing to stop a one member of a genuine couple who've split up carrying on pretending to be a couple using whatever pictures they choose in their profile. The best way to verify people is by camera and another thing we always do is to insist on a social only first meeting. It's surprising how many people suddenly lose interest at that point.

There are also couples that are real and the wife knows nothing about Fab.
We never agree to meet anyone without a video call with all four present.

Don't think of real and fake as binary. Something that looks fake can be real and vice versa.
I think it's better to have a confidence level based on the information available to you. Somebody who does a lot to prove themselves genuine can give you a higher confidence level. Somebody who does less gives you less confidence. But you can be wrong either way. |

I remember one case where this guy had received cam verifications and had then uploaded a load of fake pics of a really badly morphed 18" cock and was claiming it was real, despite none of his verifications mentioning this monster  |

Unfortunately we found out the hard way, had a social meet organised,the couple in question seemed very nice and genuine. They decided the would get a hotel in the area so that's what they did,
Right up until 20 minutes before they were due to arrive at our house we were speaking to them....even said we are just about to leave...then shortly after they cancled, what gave it away was in their msgs they said they were sitting having dinner in the hotel overlooking the beach...obviously not thinking that we know the hotel and that you are not overlooking the beach at all....they had verifications to...and looked like very genuine veris to. Its such a shame as these people tend to ruin it for genuine people. |

It only takes 2 seconds to look at your profile and your veris to see that you are clearly genuine. You have 13 veris comments listed which literally leads to hundreds of veris across those 13 people. The fakes simply can't replicate that.
I can't post user names on the forum but if I could you'd see how blatant the fake veri accounts are.
When there's only 4 fake accounts that have only ever verified each other you very quickly run into a dead end on the veris. Also the typos style of language used on the 4 accounts profiles and the veri messages makes its pretty clear its only 1 individual typing style at play.
It's always worked for us without fail.

Wow, your not wrong about the socials. We insist on a social before play, and the amount of people we don't here back from after mentioning a social is unreal. Or when you mention a social and they reply with...yeah that would be good, with no effort in trying to arrange one, then weeks go by and they msg again...same conversation over and over again...definatly just fake or just here for the pics and sexy talk..xx |

In my experience I’ve been duped by verified couples who then turn out to be single guys...
My theory is they were a couple, were verified then split but the guy carried on the profile...
This is possible I know as I had once a couples profile, as soon as we split I added a note to my profile (earlier this year ) that it was now a single guy profile and asked the mods to change it to single male.. (my comment about it still sits in the profile)..
my point is I was genuine about it but I see loads that carry on the “then fake profile”, shame really it makes me super suspicious when then at times annoys genuine couples :/
My suggestion to the site owners would be :
A) force EVERY profile to be verified within 2 days of going live or it will be closed
B) force a recertification every 2 months (or what ever on all profiles)....
This won’t be everyone’s ideal but sure would sift out tens and tens of fake profiles |

We found that we got pissed around more by people with more genuine looking profiles than those with little on them.
Also from the perspective of us we don't really have pics up as what we found when we were on chix thay the more pics you had up and the more popular they were the more time wasters and single 'straight' blokes we had to put up with messaging us.
That's one of the reasons we only bothered getting photo veri as a couple.
To blow the wife's trumpet for her though she was top admirer on there for quite a while, even kept knocking a certain porn star off top spot

People split up and the male or female potentially is left with a genuinely verified couple account and sadly they may be very bitter at what they have lost.
As _asques and boxers said an early phone call is important. Especially where the lady of the couple needs to speak as that quickly s out the above.
We have always said we will only play with married men who have permission. We have yet to find a married guys wife to confirm that fact over the phone lady to lady with K.
So yes phone calls are a great tool.
I still stand by the fake veri accounts been easy to spot.

It's not a bad idea.
As a genuine couple we would take a couple picture holding that days newpaper every 2 to 3 months if that what it took.
Sadly Fab is about the bottom line £££££ talks. A large chunk of the fantasists and dreamers are also site supporters so its not in fabs financial interest to target them really.
Same reason that anyone can search there local updates and find loads of status update requests for physical meets. It's blatant and happening up and down the country. We even got numerous meet requests on Xmas Day ffs. I shudder to think how much the status updates for physical meets on fab has spread this terrible virus.

Easily done, just seen one on updates, new profile with update and text saying " we used to be xxxxxxx please reverify us if you remember us"

It is rather easy for a fake profile to get verified in our opinion but as stated futher up in this post follow the verifications on thier profile if they have it hidden we tend to be very cautious
And go with our gut.
Saying that we have been stung a couple of times some fakes can be very convincing. |

Socials sort the fakes out after the fems chatting on the phone. We had a few chats with cpls on the phone to prove we are genuine. The fakes will avoid that. |

Its hard to get verified if people look at your account and just assume it's fake. I know I haven't got any photos but I took them down as I got fed up with this site didn't last very long since I'm back  and yet to make some new photos |

We’re always cautious when its comes to accounts that are only photo verified because that doesn’t necessarily mean its the person in the photos and also people that don’t have their verifications on show to read, find that can be a bit shady |

I'm not sure anyone checks your pictures match your photo verified pic which you're not required to display either, we've had loads of supposedly photo verified profiles lately which don't seem legitimate so either they've photoshopped a sign onto a woman, got a woman to take the pic for them or they are a woman but just don't look like their pics.
We've also found a lot of fakes through reverse image search and the other week a well verified local couple with lots of verifications posted a solo photo of a tanned gym fit woman who looked nothing like the woman in the rest of the pics which made it into the hot photos before it was deleted, I'm not sure what that was about. |

Biggest bugbear - verification summary showing (hinting at being genuine) but the verifications themselves not on display.
Know some people argue they don’t want everyone knowing who they fuck etc but hmmmm!
We think this is a bug warning bell as it allows fake profiles to be verified and them verify back.
We avoid them.
One downside for genuine folks is that ppl who verify you but then leave FAB have their verification removed so your summary has maybe 20 but only 10 displayed for reading! |

We have a few who have left Fab or they leave every few months and make a new profile, having verifications from single guys makes people think we're lying when we say we're not into single guys too. |

This post is enlightening. I didn't suspect that so many profiles were fakes. I'm happy that I didn't share my face so far but I also realize that many can believe that I'm a fake myself. It's sounds a catch-22 situation but better safe than sorry. It's a shame, I must be super distrustful for work, I hoped that I could relax here |

I could be wrong but from our experience I'd say 90% of fake profiles are single women, the other 10% are MF couples profiles either completely made up, made without the female half of the couple knowing or a single male continuing to use it after the relationship has finished so as a guy it's more something to look out for rather than worrying about your pics being stolen unless you look like a calvin klein model. |

Trust your gut. Men pretending to be women tend to steer the conversation to sex chat quickly.
When I was in a couple I always spoke on the phone to the person. Especially to the woman in the couple. Partly to suss out if she existed and was happy with the meet, and partly to prove that I am real. |

There’s loads of verified fakes.
I think a combination of self verified (have a few accounts on the go) or having other fakes/online fantasists verify for one in return is common place.
I think the greatest tool is reverse image search, I’ve lost count of the number of contacts I’ve had from verified people who are strangely Instagram stars, Bollywood actors, Eastern European porn stars etc...
I always ask for a selfie with a hand held in a specific position etc... it’s amazing how many couples/single women are suddenly outraged when moments before keen to show you their lady garden in photographic form from every angle. |

In my area a new profile appeared just before Christmas. Nice profile attractive lady, using photos from her other profiles. Quickly received verifications which I'm guessing are her other half, her own profile, and couple profile. While I believe the person to be genuine I don't get what extra profiles give her, or what she gains from it. |
