I'm not allowed to play monopoly because I'm a very bad winner. Not even sorry. I can play scrabble though because I always lose at that!

Since it'll just be me and my mum I suspect many hands of gin rummy will be played.

No, they're pretty good losers. Mainly because they've had plenty of practice, bunch of losers that they are.

Monopoly is proof that I couldn't be trusted to be rich

I do feel for people who can't see their loved ones. My friend was supposed to be staying with her son and daughter in law but will now be spending the day alone (her son has a support bubble with one of the in laws). They'll Skype but it's just not the same.

True it's not the same! As a foreigners we get used to it to spend Xmas far away from our families x

Apart from playing silly Christmas games, we dont need a meet with anyone, even if it were allowed. We have each other to play with and that is more than enough for us.
