The number you see in bra sizes such as 34B or 36DD is the circumference of your chest in inches below where your boobs would be.
Buy a Super enhance one from somewhere like Matalan and it’s mega padded.
As for heels, buy a pair a size smaller than you usually wear as your feet slip to the front leaving a gap at the back. Look for ‘pleaser’ on eBay as they’re a wider fit and do bigger sizes if you have large feet.

At the start it’s more trail and error to find ur right size
And even more so that some shops may say a seton size but I maybe smaller than Uther shops
For shoe I find size up for boots and size down for normal cort heels x |

M&S are now fitting bras I noticed. They may help me with my lingerie. I will just tell them I want to wear women’s clothes and I think it is part of my personality as I have always liked lingerie and women’s clothes. Maybe it is not a fetish but a will get excited when I first buy my bra and knickers etc. |
