Have you ever felt at some point your other half preferred the third party and made you scare she/he wish he/she married the other part? Let’s say, they really enjoyed better sex with the other ones or made you will inadequate after? Did you question yourself about the risk?

When my ex and I used to swing, she would often enjoy the sex more with others. But that was part of the dynamic we had. It was satisfying for us all.

Are you asking from the point of view of

the insecure partner or the third party who may have just won over another person's partner?

Swinging involves trust and communication but is ultimately about having sex related fun with others.

If your partner starts having more fun without you, then you need to address the relationship and if swinging is for you.

If you are the 3rd party and are aware that someone in a relationship is falling for you then you need to readdress boundaries and if needed cut them off.

Nope. I know that there's some things I can't offer Char (don't have the stamina any more) and fully accept that there may be times/guys that she might enjoy more than me. But we have a LOT more than just sex between us and that's all more important so she'll always come home.

We were thinking the same thing.

Sounds like an insecure partner.

With any sort of feelings like this in a relationship then swinging is not for you as a couple, you need to be 100% secure in a relationship for swinging to work

its a general question, nothing to do with me or experienced. Its out of curiosity as I am new to the swinging scene.

There must have been sometime the doubt or questions that have been raised.

You all are different and maybe at some meeting someone is more extrovert, fun, show off more, pleasure your partner better than you etc..

whats the psychological effect...

You're new to swinging..... you're yet to understand couples obviously.

Couples have to be 100% secure or swinging isn't for them. Those that choose to are in it for different reasons. For instance, we don't understand the cuckold scene. Not for us at all. We prefer couples to singles. We do play with singles sometimes but this is about additional enjoyment and pleasure for both of us. Our relationship is very strong and neither of us have yet to have sex with anyone else that is better than what we give/get from each other. Your perception of providing more pleasure than the partner is misguided. If she's in ecstasy from you that is great, we both derive great pleasure from this but once you've gone home we have even better sex once more recounting the evening.

I might be new to the swinging attitude but I have been in relationship, I am not a loser.

some new couple won't be as 100% as you for example who been in the scene for a while. Is it not too confident assuming your sex between you two always been the best? maybe your wife kept it for herself for not hurting your feeling, or maybe you? protecting your perfect relationship.

Nothing is 100% ! as if it was, why couples would go looking for something special different elsewhere?

I am not judgmental just questioning, I like to know the why, what for....

Your last 2 paragraphs highlights your lack of understanding searching for answers/reasons for instance.

We do it when we feel like it, because we can and not out of any inadequacies in our own relationship.

As you say there's people doing this that perhaps shouldn't be. Swinging isn't about replacement or to repair something. If a couple is in that place it's a recipe for disaster.

We always keep a spreadsheet of scores updated for all our swinging experiences, broken down by category, eg oral, nipples, hand technique etc.

It’s the only way to be sure that we are performing to a sufficient standard.

Interesting question. My wife and I are actively looking for another guy - she’s curious to experience MFM and I like the life’s of being on the other side of the equation for a change.

In my experience as a third party it’s never been a problem with those couples - I always choose people who have a very strong and longstanding bond to avoid just this scenario. I like to think it’s not because of any lack of capability on my part...

No, never. What we have is special and swinging is something we do for fun and thats just what it is.

I would say insecurity is not a trait of those willing to share their partner.

Unless it's a cuckold type relationship, whereby I would guess that jealousy and insecurity is part of the dynamic.
