Our couples age range is set to 35 so that we don't receive an influx of older guys we don't find attractive, I have a particular type. However, my inbox doesn't have any preferences on it, and I do most of my meeting at clubs anyway |

Many of the men that you desire require clear signs. There is too much grey area now. So if you find someone you like in your criteria try to make it clear.. we are probably thinking the same but we are less allowed to say from a position of power. |

Thus again but no problem with eyesight. There is a barrier and it’s called being a gentleman and having manners. So younger ladies may need to take that into consideration and signal that an approach would not be considered rude or out of place. |

In the real world I find myself approached, more often than not, by ladies younger than myself. It's just here on fab that I find myself written off at 50. It may be that I don't have sufficient pics to confirm that I am not in fact toothless and fugly, who knows? |

I get this but see it more as an indication that they no longer see me as a threat or just chatting with them with the ulterior motive of getting their clothes off so they maybe relax more & just chill.
We live the younger female life, 18yrs difference here & been together 18yrs too.

I don't have an age preference but each age group does have its own charm.

Other men in their 30's said they didn't believe me and wanted me to admit if a young woman came on to me that I would succumb.
Strangely a number of women and couples had exactly the same preference but none of them were challenged.

Was quite surprised at first how much more success I had with single women 25-40 than my own age. My issue with guys my age here in the states was they just cared about 3 things. Gyms cars and obsessed with video games. I guess the mature older men has a better focus on life. This statement is not all men but a general view from what I experienced. |

When I was younger nearly every sexual partner was 10 or more years older than me. However when I got married in my early early 30s my wife had not long turned 30. When I was divorced some 13 years later it was because I was involved with someone 12 years youger and that trend continued, sometimes even 50% younger and more.
There is one person I still know and friends with, she's 10/11 years older than me. At 54 I would date a female half my age I don't think there's that much stigma about these days.

I would be more than happy to meet a woman younger than myself. I have dated them before- and I must say that even pre pandemic, it was difficult to meet single women of my own age around here as the prevailing culture of the West Midlands is that everyone immediately gets married as soon as they turn 26 (I moved back here at 43 after 24 years in London and the South, and am now 47)
However, even outside this region, I tend to find this problematic for several reasons: firstly, in the vanilla world, people still judge you by your earnings (which I don't have many of anymore) and your bodyshape (I am very tall, but due to epilepsy medication am now also about four stone overweight) All of which tends toimmediately cut down one's battiing average by about 40 percent. In the wonderful world of kink and SM, similar problems apply: it's very hard to find a sub (or at least sexually experimental) woman who's willing to ply with or be dominated by a man with very few immediate prospects who lives ina crap Midlands town.
Then there's the political issue: I certainly do not hold the same left-leaning beliefs as the majority of the younger generation, although conversely I am far too liberal minded to ever attract a Tory (not that I'd want to) Then, finally, we have societal change: whilst other people above have talked of 20-year and 40-year age gaps and I see no problem with that, a lot of today's mimsy society does. Nowadays, a bloke in his 40s dating a 20-year-old (if he even gets that lucky) can be called all manner of horrid names: however, the one thing the naysayers COULD be right about is the credibility gap of uch a relationship, as ultimately the novelty will wear off when the partners discover they don't have that much in common. Which brings me back to point no 1...
That said, I'm willing to be proved wrong. If a young beautiful woman wants to send me messages, I'd be happy to reply to them. But I'd be willing to wager 50 quid they won't. |

I’ve found several younger women claiming to want an older, professional man, but once approached at best ignore me or worst their profile disappears. Therefore, I believe there to be a great deal of day dreaming which disappears when reality kicks in.

I was a Chauffeur to an aspiring 18yo singer who had a terrible experience with a previous boyfriend. Not really... The boss and I hit it off over a similar sense of humour, a stubborn streak and a love of punk. We met in a pub, he was playing pool and I practically demanded he teach me...
There are no tips I can give you... I never really did the whole dating thing, I Just sorta fucked about til I found someone I enjoyed fucking then I happened to fall in love. You just can’t plan that shit.

Many thanks. Think i will hit the bars this summer to try meet a younger girl. I dont trust dateing sites as the girls get flooded by men so its hard to get a good conversation going and a lot are timewasters who are not serious about finding someone
