Far less risky. You’d most like never pass on HIV, chlamydia has far smaller chance, although it is there and there could be tell tale signs if someone had HPV, herpes, gonorrhoea, or syphilis. I say could be, there might not be, but even then the risk is smaller.
Just keep an eye out for ugly spots and open sores before you even touch it  |
