Those are expensive. Make sure you enjoy it first!
Most are straps around the waist and legs holding a ring at the front. The ring size is different for different attachments.
You can get others more like pants or "Vac-u-loc" but they are less versatile.
Loads of cheap ones are essentially free with the Dildos. Start small but you will want to progress.

Neither for me, it’s just sex (unless a d/s thing is pre negotiated). It’s no more d/s (unless part of a scene) than vanilla sex, except the genders are swapped. |

I don't think what play people enjoy determine whether or not someone is Dom or sub, it's who they are - they either are or they are not.
I know Femdoms, for example, that have service subs that 'top' them. But they still identify as Femdoms. I suspect there are Doms who might like a prostate massage, doesn't make them any less Dom, simply means they like their prostates massaged.

We bought the more secure harness that has a large padded back strap and better buckles.
Changing dildos is way easier than the o ring.
It stays in place and can be worn by either of us. There’s access to important bits while it’s being worn as well.
The Doc Johnson dildos are also a step up in quality, especially the real skin ones.

Yeah it’s pretty sturdy and really adjustable. The waist band is velcro and the leg straps are firm elastic so you can tighten it up really well (it’s also suitable for any body size, +1 for inclusivity!). And it looks really sexy on! But it’s expensive |

I have a spareparts joque harness. It feels so smooth against my skin and is easy to adjust. The dildo sits low on it and is so secure that definitely no hands required.
The O ring stretches to accomodate quite girthy dildos, though I am yet to use a larger one with my partner.
