Depends on the situation. A lot of the time we just go with the flow, if its bdsm play, we plan a scene.
A rough game plan sometimes can be useful in any play time.

A bit of both. Having kids and busy work schedules we have to plan time when it’s just the 2 of us. On those times our ‘bag of tricks’ comes out which can be quite planed. But other times it’s go with the flow and get what we can lol.
Agree variety is thd spice of life... it’s why we are missing our club visits so much... imagine just having sex with the one person lol |

I don't technically plan in so far as I don't think I'm going to do x, y and then z. But if someone says they particularly like something I'll make a mental note of that and, if appropriate, try and incorporate into whatever we're doing. So I'm not sure if that's planning or not really. |

It depends. If I've been chatting to someone for a long time before we meet it's probable I'll have been wanking over a variety of fantasies involving them and there will be certain things that I just can't wait to do to and with them.
If it's someone I've met a few times or if we've moved quickly from chatting to social to sex then I won't have put the same amount of thought into a particular session and I'll go with the flow. |

If it is a hotel meet, then I plan the begin a bit... Then go with the flow.
If in club... going with the flow, maybe just choosing the room, like either openspace room where there are others observing or closed room or often a dungeon. But I’m not planning something like “we do this there, then we go there and do this and that”. I tried, never worked.

I know what I like and that's going to shape who I choose. But on the day, my needs may drive me more towards some things than others but it evolves with the others at the time.
I've met a couple of people who wanted a rigid sequence, which was like hell. I'd not be comfortable doing that, unless a role play plan |

Interesting replies! We often may think of something we really fancy doing. e.g “we’ve not done a 69 for a while”. So one of us takes the lead. Or it may be a tie n tease, something we’ve not done for a while to keep the fire burning |
