Def right. It does not cause any long term problems as being a mixture of muscles as opposed to tendons and ligaments...they do shrink back again and if anything get stronger. Muscles when worked get stronger. |

My daughter is a doctor and she says this practice is unbelievably dangerous. It must be a guy thing - the same way that when we go out looking for a new TV (to clarify - television, not the ones you find here) the sensible choice would be the 37", as it will fit the corner of the room perfectly.
