I've seen them on a ladies and have asked them about it.

That's a good approach... it's just a compliment but could lead to a knowing smile if the lady is wearing it for the reason we all hope!  |

I tell anyone that asks when they buy Anklets from me that it doesn't matter what ankle they put them on. Put them on whatever ankle feels best.

You dont really need to mention the anklet at all. Approach her and chat her up. If she is wearing a genuine hotwife anklet then she will be happy with the attention. |
