What way or in what positions do you like roasting or dp the best, imagine you had to pick one way what would it be?

For Pork it needs to be hot so crackling tastes better

For beef a long slow roast

For Lamb use plenty of mint jelly

Hope those tips are usefull lol

Potatoes are best done in beef dripping, goose fat is overrated, as long as they are turned at least once they will roast well
