If it's a bareback bukkake gangbang then sure those are both risks. Prep can largely negate HIV, contraception pregnancy, other STDs can often be fixed with testing and antibiotics before any real damage is done, but a couple can't. It's just up to individuals how much risk they're willing to accept. Don't go bareback if you don't accept there is a chance you'll get pregnant or a std. I used to go to plenty of similar events around the West Midlands area. The were a LOT of fun, and I miss them greatly.
