Viagra was the first ED drug on the market. It's now the cheapest but it's more likely to have side effects than the newer drugs. Avanafil is the most recent and probably the best but it's also the most expensive as it's still under patent.

Since I have had Kidney operations etc I now have erectile issues. Not that I can't get an erection, but It is not as hard and have trouble keeping it up.
So I use Medexpress to get what I need. I have had no issues since and now have the confidence to have fun without the worry. Hope this helps. |

Get yourself to the docs then. Could be diabetes, low testosterone, high cholesterol, prostate issues etc. |

But I tryed hardman as it claims to keep you harder for longer.
Which I wish I could LOL.

Mr here. Don’t have any problems with erections (how could I with L bouncing on it!) but I have used viagra at some parties and clubs.
It just helps with the bounce back I’ve found and you stay harder for longer. Seems to have the same effect the next day for me too. Can’t say I’d get into the habit of using it but maybe a couple of times a year and it hasn’t done any harm. I ordered it online, viagra connect and it comes in 50mg tablets. I usually split them in half and throw the other half away.
It does however give a mean headache, once tried a full tab and it didn’t make any penis difference but gave a monster headache. I usually rely on a few glasses of wine and sleep to prevent the worst of it at a party, but take it sober and beware for your head.
That’s all I know about it. Without any problems down there, it will just allow for multiple repeat performances very quickly. if you can deal with the headache |

I found Cialis to be better than Viagra.
Sadly because of incompatibility of Viagra or Cialis with medications which keep my heart working I can no longer use either.
As a point of interest if you go to see your G.P. about ED you may get Viagra on prescription, I did. |

viagra does give you a banging headache next morning but I have had it with delay spray or cream and that helps u last for ages took me over an hour to cum lol |

Best to try each one. Over the years, I've never had a headache from Viagra nor any other side effect worth a mention. I will reiterate that I don't recommend using generic product, they're very hit and miss. I have however had headaches and stomach upsets with Cialis. |

I've just got some on prescription as was struggling a bit as side effect of high blood pressure tablets.
I found re the one used so far that it worked very well and felt great afterwards. I do think it helped that I hadn't d*unk much and had plenty of water beforehand |
