Really varies would say up to 15 or as low as once. Like above said sometimes have gone in toilet at work and had to. Never worked a pattern out yet of highs and lows. Oh wait did go 2 weeks without one when in a Thai hospital, they took the catheter out and then a nurse washed my hair I got the biggest erection in front of her and my mother quite embarrassing.
