I’ve never heard of anal gems. There are butt plugs that have a jewel/ gem on the outside. Not sure if that’s what you mean?

Yeah so the gem is just to make it look pretty I guess. A butt plug can feel nice during oral or vaginal intercourse or even help prepare for anal
