I’ve seen so many threads bemoaning us for not replying.
How guys who you turn down then constantly messaging until you block them.
Or turning nasty so you block them.
I’ve never had this but it’s suddenly starting to.
Have the idiots finally been blocked by everyone else worked their way down the list until they got to me  |

I was going to say almost exactly the same things. It could be the profile change, or it could just be men taking leave of their senses in lockdown. I’m not getting as many messages as I used to, but I’m getting more of the same guys pestering constantly until I block them just to shut them up. |

Yes that's what I meant, didn't mean it was recently new.  You had a couple profile too. I found a difference in mail from our couples profile to my single one. |

Continual messaging after being turned down isn’t just annoying, it’s a massive red flag.
Personally if I get a polite “sorry not interested “ reply I may respond with “no problem, have fun!” as a way to try and spread some positivity, but that’s it.... Would this be considered too much? |

Yes that's what I meant, didn't mean it was recently new. You had a couple profile too. I found a difference in mail from our couples profile to my single one. "
I did have a couples profile but that’s been gone a long time after I split with my ex. |

I’m sorry if I’ve said the wrong thing, I was trying not to. I didn’t think it was my choice to say you’re trans, if you’re not currently saying in your profile. I know you’ve been very open in the past, but also threads fall off the green arrow quickly, and I didn’t know if you might have decided not to talk about it anymore.
But yes, it did cross my pre-coffee mind that not mentioning it might have made a difference to how men behave towards you. Of course I should have realised that only 0.01% of men read profiles at all, and the type who behave like that definitely don’t bother. So I’m going to come down on the side of lockdown making them worse than usual. |

I’ve turned down, gawd knows how many... hundreds and hundreds of men over the years. Most never know I’m trans even if it’s in my bio.
I’m thinking it’s the current restrictions that are making guys more desperate and persistent. |

Something definitely is. I don’t even turn guys down anymore, not worth the hassle, but lately there’s been a big increase in the desperate messages. One guy I blocked after 5 messages in 4 hours, all of which had been deleted, and they were basically “hi” “?” “Game?” “U” “U game” - I don’t know who taught him that persistence pays off, but I’d like a word with them! The reason I don’t turn them down anymore is because of the actual begging, desperation, and nastiness that usually follows. |

Unfortunately there is another virus doing the fab rounds called tit blindness!!!!
Men see tits
Men go tit blind and can’t read a profile or understand no thank you.
I feel your pain as I field so many tit blind men off it’s unreal.
But alas Rachel as a woman it’s par for the course on fab so just block and move on.

It’s the fact the site is more commonly known and the idiots who are joining seem to think it’s about everyone fucking everyone.. and when they get turned down they show their true colours .. you have a great profile and you look fantastic.. good luck and stay safe unfortunately you’ll also have to keep blocking too I think x |

Got to admit my inbox has had filters. I've hidden profile. So friends can chat. It takes away the ones who get off on being unkind.
First hour of being back I had nasty message. Abuse thrown at me.
Fab don't change. It's not right. It's nasty. I've been stalked on here, been called fake, had photos stolen. The lot the works.
Yet, people will say, why you here if you don't like it. Hmmm it's not that at all. A zero tolerance of nastiness and I cast them off to admin or block. No one here should be unkind or nasty. Can't believe it still goes on after many many years.
Sadly I am not the only who has experienced the nasty side of fab.

The trouble is there may not be end in site. Its been a decade and they still haven't found a vacine for SARS. Are we supposed to not have sex for potentially ever? In certain parts of Europe they encouraged single people to find a regular partner to have sex with over lockdown. In the UK we're allowed to have a small bubble of friends/family. It would be nice to find a woman to bubble up with, you know? Mutual safe sex. |
