Never needed it so far. Hopefully i never do. I eat my 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, take my vitamins and workout 4 to 5 times per week for an hour a time. Now pushing 40 and everything still works as it did when i was a teen. |

Pushing 40, lol. I think the people who use Viagra on a regular basis, or have it prescribed, might be just a bit older. I too exercise regularly and can perform without using Viagra but it does help for a repeat performance |

I've used Cialis twice for stamina in long group sessions, it's great for 5 days with only a mild headache at first.
I went to a naked club in Berlin and forgot the pill but with so many men i still managed to fuck for hours. |

Thanks lads. The headache when combined with young kids, sleepless nights & work meant he deprioritized the sex. I’m not sure that was the best decision for “us” but was the realities of just getting through life with kids.
In the end we chatted about it and I ended up here.
All I can say is sex and intimacy are two different things. Never give up on the intimacy if it’s with a female partner as that’s where relationships really fall apart at the seams, not the sex but the connection.
I’m about to self publish a book about the whole thing actually lol |

I don't use them all the time but I quite enjoy taking 50mg Sildenifil on nights we are child free and can have a long session.
The recovery time is insane. On a couple of occasions I've cum and its just stayed hard and carried straight on for another round.
Otherwise its a matter of minutes and I'm good to go again, and its like thst ALL night.
More than 50mg and I go bright red in the face and my head feels like its going to pop.
If you don't need them they are still fun in the right dose, but don't become mentally addicted.
I know a lad in his late 20's who never needed them but now panics if he doesn't have any. Nothing physically wrong with him, its all in his head and he knows it, but won't fuck without them now.

"Where do you all get them from best online place I mean "
No idea, i get given them by mates occasionally and they are black market ones.
Certainly not the route i would recommend. Plenty of legit suppliers online, just do a google search or pop down your chemist. |

from 40 onwards the levels of testosterone start to drop in men and this is more drastic from mid 50's up, this along with diabetes are the 2 main reasons for loss or softening of erections
TRT (Testosterone Replacement) is the male equivalent of the female HRT
and replacing /topping up testosterone levels give men a new lease of life including erections of a 20 year old.
You cannot just go on TRT without your GP taking blood tests to confirm how low your testosterone is and then regular blood test check ups when on this treatment. |

"Can you walk into a chemist and get them?
Yes, no prescription necessary. Just go in and ask.
"
your chemist is not working to correct procedure if you just go in and buy off the shelf
When you ask, your pharmacist should take you to a quiet private room for quick interview asking questions on health, blood pressure, heart etc
he/she will then give you a stamped card that you produce each time after when you go in, this card says you have been cleared for purchasing. |

Sildenafil is the pharmaceutical name for Viagra.
Tadalafil is the pharmaceutical name for Cialis.
I can get Viagra on prescription from my GP at no cost.
Cialis I buy on line from a registered Pharmacy.
I also have Cobra 120 which is an ultra strong 120mg Sildenfil which was obtained from a spurious source.
Sadly at the present time I am unable to use any of them because of interaction with other medication I am having to take |

I’ve never wanted to try anything like cigar (for obvious reasons!) but I have a question for those that have and do.
Does it just make guys hard but with no sex drive increase? So does it just make that go hard but if your head isn’t in a sex place, it’s just like wandering round with a player cast on your penis!?
So basically does it only affect you physically, or mentally too!? |

Blood flows down there much quicker and stays there, and I have a constant semi. Its as much physiological as it is physical but I can get a hangover like headache after a few hours if I don't drink plenty of water. |

"I had 20 mg. cialis. Best thing ever. Worked for 5 days. But made me feel sick all the time.
Now up to 100mg sildenifil as 50 wasn’t working properly "
Try Tadafil as basically Cialis but generic and cheaper |

Anyone that buys from a bloke down a alley is playing with fire. Unless it’s prescribed by a doctor/Gp I wouldn’t touch it. No risking my life just for a hard cock. |

I don't normally need anything to help, but tried 50mg Slidenafil twice, which was "ok" but didn't really make much of a difference. Left me with a headache the following day one each occasion. |

I find it doesnt have any effect without the normal stimulation to cause an erection |

Talking to the dr about it this week as it happens. May be antidote to blood pressure after effects.
Would never want to go black market having seen with my job too many potential horror stories.
Re getting viagra without prescription the pharmacist will want to discuss with you first. Not just a case of going in and walking out with a pack (not that I've tried)

I started off taking Avanafil (Spedra) as it was available to purchase from online pharmacies with a prescription that I got from my GP. I was eventually issued with a repeat prescription for Sildenafil (generic Viagra) that was free once I turned 60. I'd say both were similarly effective, and I have no side effects from either, so I've stuck with Sildenafil because it doesn't cost me anything |

Good luck getting trt on the nhs tho. U fortunately they do not treat it like HRT and there us a major postcode lottery as to how you will be treated |

You need to be sexually aroused for it to work. No it doesn’t give you an instant hard on. But when the mind is engaged it takes off! |

if you are low on testosterone it not only effects erections, it reduces your bone density and causes osteoporosis, many people have bone fractures with no idea that the actual cause is low testosterone
an educated doctor understands that administering TRT can reduce nhs costs in the long run due to preventing further injuries such as the above. |
