I have a voyeuristic streak and I love getting unexpected glimpses upskirt, very rarely happens but is a treat when it does.
I think the best time was when a mate and I were sat in a basement bar with windows at pavement level, and he looks up and has a massive grin on his face, I wondered what he was looking at and there was a lady in a big flowy skirt stood right by the window without any knickers on. What a beautiful sight. |

I do think it's exciting and harmless fun when a lady flash at guys in the public, even a downblouse peek is just as good as upskirt peek, it does make any man's day.
