Are you aware of what’s going on around you when your out or do you keep your eyes to the floor and not try and make eye contact with those around you?
Sitting in a cafe in a shopping center is always good watching what’s going on any sales people on here watch body language it’s part of our job to...

When I was writing I used to love people watching as it gave me material but nowadays Im eyes down so as not to instigate conversation or contact..especially these days...its easier for me as part of my borderline issues are that my mind constantly analyses body language and tone of voice etc...its quite wearing but impossible to turn off as its part of a defence mechanism..so no contact makes for an easier day |
