My better half having been contacted by a cheated upon spouse is withdrawing her single account for a while.
When she comes back. Is the below too harsh or in anyway unclear to add to her profile?
'A quick note for 'single' guys. Actually please be single or playing with the consent of your partner! Having been recently accosted by a partner who was unaware, I do not want to meet married gents playing away.
It's your issue and your choice with no condemnation but if you lie to me or deceive and your spouse/partner then makes contact I will not cover for you either! You chose if you create your own hang man's noose!' |

By all means put it on, but sadly many take no notice
I have that I won't meet cheats on mu profile, doesn't sadly stop them winking or messaging me.
Hope she's OK, it's a pretty low thing to do to someone else. |

Great another stick the boot in the married cheaters thread. I am sure there is absolutely no chance of any comeback from a spouse unless the person is as thick as feck. How would they ever make the link between you. Nonsense if you ask me |

Yes, put it in. If she feels that strongly, go for it.
I'm sorry she had to endure that, especially as it wasn't her fault. X |

I got emailed by the GF of a single man I had met a couple of times. She had found his messages to me asking for meets in his sent emails. Although they had been separated when we were meeting, he had been messaging asking for sex since they had got back together. I did cover his ass as best I could and said I met him down the pub and we had sex a couple of times.
If your partner wants to put something on her profile to try to prevent attached persons from asking for meets, then she definitely should.

It does happen, seen posts on here several times about it
People get careless or the partner is already suspicious and goes through texts /messages

Firstly the person is an idiot for not covering their tracks.
Secondly so they got an email from someone. Whoop de doo. You would think fabbers were getting accosted regularly in the street by angry wives. |

It doesn't make it right if the person was unaware they were married.
Some get angry calls from. Partners they didn't know existed and it leaves them feeling pretty used. |

Exactly what happened. With associated threat because of a perceived affair. |

I think the wording is fine, not aggressive and makes clear her preference.
Sadly I doubt it would deter the intended audience, if they are willing to cheat on their partner they will be willing to lie to a stranger.
Its just a shame the cheated partner felt the need to reach out to you instead of dealing with the issue close to home. |

I know personally of a few cases where the third party was actually physically attacked by angry and jealous husbands/wives.
It does happen. |
