Its to get around peoples filters so they can message you if they're admitting to being male.

You get a lot of men masquerading as tv/ts yet clearly show they are male and not a tv/ts at all.

I hope you reported the profile so admin can correct it, best to do it from the message where he states it

I get this so much with single women profiles that message and immediately tell me to check out their couples profile of male partner / buddy

This person might be gender fluid......

Someone told me your sex is determined by your brain not your genitals...

So some days this person is a female and some days they are a male....

That would require some intelligence and a lot of men on fab are lacking that trait far to much to try that angle
