Ok this is a poll to see if guys prefer bigger breasts as Im thinking of having them.
Im a dress size 10/ small 12 and have 34B breasts, they do fit with my body size but I was wondering if I should go up to size 34D?
My breasts are pert and dont sag now.
Please all what do you think, bigger or stay the same? |

Personally, I'd say stay as you are. Yes, men do generally like big boobs, but shape is just as important. Some boobs jobs come out looking great, but some look horribly fake, like you've got a couple of plastic bowls stuck to your chest. If you've got a nice pair already, and it sounds like you have, why pay for surgery, go through the pain in recovery and risk an unappealing outcome? |

So the consensus so far is no?
You can get teardrop shaped implants that look more natural and they can be placed behind the pectoral muscles so are not felt much |

Don't like plastic tits, they always look plastic, even the best ones, of your boobs are within proportion, stick with them.
Only ever met one woman that would have benefited from a boob job and she had serious amounts of baggage and esteem issues that needed to be sorted out first |

I'm a huge fan of natural breasts - unless yours are really big and it affects your health - then reduction surgery may be for you. |

My other half is a plastics nurse and having seen and heard from her some of the pitfalls I would stay well away if your boobs are not mishapen or significantly different sizes.
You will be left with a scar under each breast and depending on what size you choose and the shape of your natural breast you may have to have your nipples moved so you would be left with scaring up the breast from underneath and around the nipple as well, in some severe cases the nipple can die and literally fall off and any invasive surgery carries infection risk.
If your boobs are nice pert and firm now I would leave well alone and always ensure you have a well fitted bra for support so they do not sag especially important if playing sports ot running!!!

Cant answer no pictures .. Personally prefer natural breasts having seen so many lousy jobs..Over sized implants on a tiny frame. In the end it can only be your choice.. watch a few episodes of

It depends on the body shape, I think you sound fine. I do prefer in proportion boobs.

I was thinking of having it done as I assumed the guys liked bigger breasts but I was wrong, they like natural breasts whatever size that fit the body. |

Don't get me wrong, a heaving bosom is great, especially when it's spilling out of a corset. However, a nicely-shaped pair of B's beats a pair of E's that feel like basketballs any day. |

ok i am a bi lady so i like boobs lots but hate fake ones i have a very ample set that r natural and can be a pain sometimes getting bras to fit as only small back size. i would say unless u r really unhappy with what u have leave well alone. as they look very mmm to me xxxxx |

Ive worked dammed hard (diet and excersize)to lose a shed load of weight so had body issues and low self esteem for a long time and dont want to go back there, Ill dump him!! |

Well, without you having a pic of them on your profile, we couldn't really say what we think.
What we will say though is that whatever you decide make sure you do it for yourself and nobody else.
And also make sure you find a bloody good surgeon.

Well it doesn't really matter what men prefer, its you that counts. If another thread went up by a lady with big boobs the same guys on here who profess to love only B cups would be posting saying they love big boobs. Men are fickle, they like whatever potential women has in front of them at the time. So take no notice of those comments and think about what you like.
My sister in law has fake boobs after being a B cup and a size 10 and admittedly they do look nice. A good cleavage does look nice and always gets attention. But you could perhaps achieve this look by buying those inflatable padded bras instead of going under the knife.
Whatever you decide, make sure you pay the most you can, my sister in laws were about £7000, and do lots of research first and ensure its not a whim just to get attention, it must be what you truly want

People always want what they don't have. If you have straight hair, you want curly. Bigger eye lashes, smaller this, bigger that.. It comes to confidence at the end of the day. Personally a confident women is the sexiest type no matter what their body shape.
Just my 2 cents. You look super sexy from what I can see but like I said all of the people on here that I truely get bowled over by are confident and people that are at ease with their body and the way they look. They embrace it and get on having fun in their bodies and not in the mould of others.

My sister is very slim and quite flat chested my ex used to say to her...if you didnt have feet would you wear shoes and when she said no he'd say...well what you got a bra on for! he thought it was humor but used to really hurt her, till i told him to pack it up and when he realised that slim woman can be as insecure about their bodies as big woman can he did stop
I dont think people mean it hurtful they just think because you have a slim body you can take the jokes

Tear drop boobs tend to be saline inplants and dont last aslong and can misshape over time and so we was advised to stay away from these and to be honest you sound ample so why change, i had mine done due to having no breast i was a aacup and struggled with clothes and confidence |
