As you will see, I'm open about being on here with out my wife's knowledge. However why do people feel it necessary to try and slate people for this if I'm not your cup of tea say that....

Anyone else experienced that.... Some people on here clearly think that manners mean nothing.

I will also take the opportunity to thank those guys that have been polite and say thanks but no thanks rather than try and tell me off.

Good on you for being honest about your marital status OP. Folk know where they stand then and can make the informed choice to get involved or not.

Personally i dont slate married ppl who are in your situation. I just ignore their messages and block them. No need to cause agg about it.

Posting in here is asking for people to give you their opinions, good and bad of what you do. I wouldn't expect someone to proactively message you to give you a hard time, but if you message someone, the gate is open for them to share their opinion.

Thick skin is vital on here, because whoever you are, someone won't like you! You just have to ignore, block and move on like you said.

I don’t think any cheater deserves praise for being “honest” about cheating, because essentially you’re not being honest, if you were you wouldn’t be lying to the person who supposed to be the most important.

But I don’t agree with anyone sending abuse to others for their choice of lifestyle, it’s wrong and against the rules. Having an opinion, even a strong one is fine, but abuse is not.

Unhappy.. I think its more than that.

If either is not getting it they go else where it seems. Oh my

You can have a happy relationship but the sex candle went out.

You can have a relationship when both candles are not burning any more. Come what may you fall out of love.

Some men stay because of kids or just want NSA same goes for women.

Having been cheated on I know how it felt. I kicked him out. I'd do the same thing but not looking for married or cheating folk.

Are they actually being abusive or just pointing out that betraying the person who trusts you the most in the world is a really really shitty thing to do?

That she will be devastated when she finds out (which she will) and you’re feeling guilty in response?

This.

Not only that I personally couldn’t trust someone who lies to someone so close to them.

I’ve also been on the receiving end of cheating so I know exactly how it fucks with your head and can affect future relationships so I’d never want to participate in that.

I also want to be clear, I don't agree with what you're doing, and you would certainly be blocked from any contact with us. If you're not getting what you need from your relationship, give her and you the chance to be happy with other people. What's the point in staying together if you're not happy? That's not abuse, just a general observation on people in unhappy relationships.

Manners and respect mean an awful lot, but let's be honest now.

Why go on about manners when you don't have the good manners to be honest with your wife?

Maybe your obvious lack of respect and honesty is why people slate you?

As with the other highly emotional topic on the forums (bareback), there's a big difference between stating an opinion on a forum and attacking someone when they send a polite message.

OP doesn't seem to be looking for that round of applause, just asking for the common decency of being ignored or blocked when messaging, rather than being attacked.

As with everything here, if not to your taste, everyone can simply ignore and more on.

It doesn’t bother us if your attached or not. What we don’t understand is 1. If your unhappy leave 2. If your happy but looking for abit more why don’t you talk about it and maybe swing together or get permission. 3. Why put it on your profile, if your ‘being upfront’ about it perhaps you should do the same with your partner

spot 9n but the world is full of selfish bastards that only think about themselves and not the people they're supposed to love. My motto in life is have fun but don't hurt people on your way. I’ve been cheated on, now that guy gets to see my children every day, whilst I get the weekend visits. A second hand parent that wished he’d not spent a good chunk of his life with the wrong woman.

So my empathy is with your partner, if she was cheating wouldn’t you want others to be less sympathetic to her on here ?

However I also commend those who are honest on their profiles, no matter what it is they’re being honest about. No Man or Woman on here should be in the middle of someone else’s relationship troubles unknowingly. If you know that person is in a relationship then that’s one thing, you reap what you sow. But finding out later, maybe even being confronted by that person’s partner isn’t fair.

So keep being honest about it, but it will come with a price.

I backed away and we didn’t meet again..

This is what makes me laugh.

“I’m being honest” you’re being “honest” to a bunch of people you don’t know or care for, but not being honest to the person who is supposed to be most important, the person you chose to make your life partner.
