I've had my privates waxed. Getting the bush itself waxed felt about the same as getting my underarms waxed, which is to say not too painful. The pain is over in a second.
However for me, having the scrotum waxed was infinitely more painful. The therapist did observe that the roots of my hair there are very large, so that probably explains the higher level of pain. So perhaps it's just me.
I would recommend it if you don't like the stubble that shaving leaves behind - you truly are completely smooth and it feels great! But of course waxing can get expensive. |

With lockdown and lack of play, I’ve been close trimming, I have a bit of hair now. I must say it’s given my skin a break and saved me on razors lol

On myself? I keep the main bush trimmed neat, and the meat & two veg clean shaved.
On women my preference is clean shaven labia but the mons pubis area I don't mind it she shaves it off, trims it, leaves it grown out... I like variety. |

Nice couple of comments.
I think I’m swaying to keep it closely trimmed. I can always go back to shaving if it’s not a hit.
