I can understand it others to be honest.

I tried it once, didnt work out for me or my ex!

I'm not really into the BDSM thing other than a bit of roleplay from time to time, so it's neither for me when it comes to a standard meet.
And when it comes to standard 1-2-1 meets, I find guys who say they are 'dom' tend to really mean 'selfish and bossy'.

My sub playmates, including my oh are strong, dominant high fliers who are submissive only in the bedroom. The subs I've met and played with all have jobs where they have to make decisions, they're in control so to relinquish power is a release for them. For me, sex exactly how I want it, at my pace is the height of hedonistic pleasure for me.
That said, I've come across men that are 100% submissive in every aspect of their life, wanting to be treated like a slave.

I get that completely...I'm submissive in the bedroom, but out of it I am in control. At work they have nick-named me Miss Whiplash because of my assertiveness..they assume that I must be that way when it comes to sex too. Oh how little they know! That's the one place where I like to relinquish the control and let someone else take the lead, whether that be as a dom or a sexually assertive guy. Playing with sexually submissive men doesn't work for me though as we both end up sat waiting for someone to take the lead! x |

hmm this is a very interesting topic of conversation for me and all this stuff resinates with me deeply. I think I just like balance, plan and simple.
My last relationship was very dysfuntional at many levels, My partner at the time was an alpha female, who was very controlling. Selfish and this is how she got her needs met. This in turn had many affects on me and my self confiedence self-esteem ect.... why she was this way, was becuause she had a violent and abusuive childhood.
Have you read the book 50 shades of grey? I'm aware its been banded about on the forums a little. It's very interesting. It give me more of an understanding of what I don't need in my life!

I have not read the book but I get messages from guys who are subs or want to be cucks. But like I have said before I think partners should be equal. Yes its fab to role play and switch roles and spice things up that's why most of us are her to add a little spice. |
