where have you all gone?
Spends HOURS cultivating a friendship (as a couple).. things are going well and then ghosted!!
Probably the most disheartening thing on here!!
OK, maybe a better offer came along, thats fine.. but a polite, i have met someone who is more up my street... message would be better..
Especially when you have also spent a fortune on a hotel for the meet!!
(Not in a lockdown area and not having an orgy of +6 haha)
Anyone else found this to be an issue/happened to them? |

Very frustrating and we feel your pain. 9/10 if we arrange a meet, for some reason or another it doesn't happen. Joys of fab I guess and the main reason why we used to prefer meeting at clubs! X |

Granted, not met her before.. but she seemed genuine enough, passed the tineye test and we were having decent conversations (all 3 of us)
Its more the disappointment than anything else

There are always two sides to a story you may well have said something they too exception to it happens without people realising.
As for meeting well you shouldn't be really you have read the site rules on this I take it. |

At least you can stay in the hotel and the two of you can have a nice night together.
Would the hotel even have let a third person into your room with track and trace, QR codes and Covid restrictions ? |

It’s fab. It’s crap. It’s getting worse! Definitely would do a social before booking anything.

Did you chat on the phone or video call?
I never book anything or do any sex chat or swap sex pics before I've met the person in real life face to face.

Agreed, thats what we are going to do have a nice evening together
Just frustrating.
If we followed fabs 1st June rules, we would not even be going to work!! (Esp wuth meeting 1300 people, face to face, each day!! )
I think they have kept it up because some place ARE in lockdown where meets cant happen.. rather than keeping it updated every week, they have just put no to everyone |

Unfortunately this happens a lot on here. I’ve been on the Site a long time and have had lots of chats with lots of lovely people. But all to often you can be having what you think is a great chat and maybe arrange a social or even some fun then nothing.zilch. I just put it down to experience and move on but it does become disheartening.
And yes like other people here sometimes it’s far better to meet in a club. |

Quite regularly! Usually when we ask them to confirm via phone or video call or a couple of days before the meet |

Right now I’m finding that the conversation gets to a point that I would normally suggest meeting but of course we can’t do that and so the conversation seems to run out of steam so to speak. |

If it’s any consolation - I’ve been here for years but still had a chap blank me when we had a social planned for this evening - so it can happen to anyone.
However - I’d strongly recommend that you arrange socials with potential meets before booking hotel rooms. For one thing you need to know there’s a sexual chemistry/connection! |
