Before the days of the internet, Ankle Chains were often worn by (usually) married ladies... Which of course made life a lot easier ... When clubs were open (not that a sign was required there) and out and about, I cannot recall seeing one being worn, have they fallen out of favorite ...Maybe it's time for a retro revival
