It's not something I could do if I were ever in that situation. Besides the obvious reason of I would never do that to my brother I would also never give his girlfriend the satisfaction of fucking me too... I would much prefer to be the one she wanted but couldn't have.

Ok so I get why it may of happened, but just be aware that if he’s cheated on her a lot and she’s still stayed with him it’s because she loves him.. or her self worth is low because it’s been chipped away at.. you perhaps gave her attention she’s not had for a while ( not your fault) but she’s possibly going to get hurt and feel even worse about it all,. I’d genuinely not sleep with her again offer care and advice be a good person but sleeping with her even if she comes on to you it could cause way more damage than you realise.
