Have you found when you’ve met people in person that they don’t resemble their pictures? ( catfish)
Or have you been pleasantly surprised and they look better?

So far everyone I have met on my couples profile have been just as the pictures show, I haven't met anyone through my single profile yet due to what's going on |

Yes!!! I definitely find people more attractive when they have a good personality. Often I'm unsure, and then we meet, and I think they're super hot!

Often been pleasantly surprised when we've bumped into others in real world at clubs/parties. Often because so many profiles are just full of close up genitalia shots and so few shots of the male in couples profiles. |

Yes I do as I post natural no make ones as well as fully done up..
But at this moment in time sat here in my pj's with my hair in a scruffy bun they would definitely think its not me in my pics  |

I'm probably a bit disappointing in person in some ways.
Particularly if it gets to the point of getting naked.. All my wobbly bits come out in full technicolor and can no longer be hidden by angles and filters.
Hopefully though I've won them over with my personality by that point and then I can distract them! |

Over the years (I keep my photos up to date) I've had "thank fuck you look like your photos", and "you look better in real life".
I personally think I've aged this past year or so, and piled on the pounds (although still a 14). But covid has scuppered meets, naturally. |

Always more honest on here than anywhere else. I am exactly like my pics, all of them, including the face pics.

This is the thing I could post pictures to make me look like a stud if I took the time(not that I'm hot) but anyone can look better in pics if they put some effort into it.
I don't like to post pictures like that though because I wouldn't want to disappoint anyone if we met.

My hair keeps changing length, but I guess that’s common for a lot of people recently. I went on a date and somebody said I looked much better than my photos, which I guess was a backhanded compliment. I think my taste in photos of myself probably differs from others! |

I've met two people who definitely had old photos on their profile & that they'd sent privately too, also lied about their ages.
Most people I've met have looked like their photos or in some cases looked loads better in person, their personality shines through whereas that's hard to capture in a photo.
I've been told I look better in person too & that I look like my photos |

Yes, I think it’s that warmth, smell, voice and general demeanour that you simply can’t get from a photo - how somebody looks in a millisecond capture only tells such a small part of somebody’s overall attractiveness. |

Most people looks better than on their photos. Like the recent cpl I played with. ? I think I look better on photos, than live, although I am trying to look on them the way I really am, without any "better angles" etc. |

We have had some that did not look like the pics on here, some people do use filters. I mean you do like to look the best you can , but it can be taken a little too far.
Personally, Mrs I have been told I look better in real life, we do not filter/photoshop our photos but we will do black and white and some filter like that.
We like to try and make them look as natural as possible so we can show a true reflection of ourselves xx |

I've chosen photos which I hope reflect what I look like in real life. Certainly no 'filters" or photoshop used.
I think everyone I've met looked sufficiently like their photos. No obvious things like 10 years out of date pics or retouching. |
