A lot depends on the situation and your playmate(s). Are you talking about one-on-one or a group?
We've had a couple of meets where our male playmate had stage fright. Both times we simply took a break, had a drink and a chat, and then took things very slowly. We also made it very clear to the guys that it was no problem, so they didn't feel under pressure. It worked out OK in the end.
It must be difficult though if you have an unsympathetic or intolerant playmate. |

look into cock rings.
Get ones tight enough to help restrict blood flow out of the penis, as opposed to those that are designed to stretch or separate your balls or have vibrating crap on them.
I have gone through so many types and keep going back to some cheap ones from love honey for the better results.
Obviously YMMV with all the different materials, firmness etc. |

Honestly OP the biggest and best tip you'll get is find an understanding partner, as much as you can try and relax and not think about it, accept that it doesn't matter if it happens, there is still plenty of fun to be had if it doesn't - so focus on that and try and keep your mind away from yourself - you'll be surprised how he recovers/reappears after a while.
As you said, it happens to all of us, and can be for any number of reasons, but don't immediately reach for the blue pills either - while they *can* help, they may also not be needed.
If it is an ongoing problem, certainly take a trip to the GP to be sure there are no underlying physical problems but chances are it will be an in your head thing.
Remember too, there's no shame in it, even though there are those here that will suggest there is, any partner that makes you feel ashamed for not being able to perform was not the right partner for you in the first place. |

The reasons for male erectile dysfunction are myriad. Could be psychological or physical. Apparently there is a new wonder drug available without prescription. I’ve taken it myself and I thought my head was going to explode. Speaking from personal experience don’t take it with alcohol or cocaine. |

"Yes but I prefer natural "
Diet, excercise and adequate sleep are good starting points. There are are herbal (natural) remedies available from Chinese medicine shops but just because a chemical is present in a plant it is still a chemical.
I suggest you try Sildenafil, it works well. |

I did and was making my suggestion which was in support of viagra. There have been 100's of threads on the Fab forums about performance issues should you wish to do a search and yes the conclusions are often the same but that shouldn't stop someone adding their persional perspective which is what I was doing. |

That’s all well and good. But viagra is the only proven remedy.
No such thing as natural. "
Viagra is *not* the only proven remedy, in fact it's not even a remedy, it still relies on arousal to work - but there are many different drugs that can do that all of which work in different ways - not disputing that Viagra (which is actually a brand name) doesn't help a lot of guys but to say it's the *only* remedy is somewhat misleading.
There are also no end of natural remedies that can help too - Ginseng is one, finding an understanding partner who you feel both relaxed and comfortable with is another, sometimes simple changes to diet and lifestyle can help overcome the problem.
The vast majority of ED problems are mental rather than physical, and while viagra and other pills/creams can help overcome either way they are also not an instant and guaranteed fix that give you an immediate erection just because you take one - and they also come with a number of possible side effects, including if you take them too often having the opposite effect to that intended.
So whilst drugs *are* undoubtedly an answer, they're not the *only* one and not to be taken lightly either. |
