Does anyone have any, successful, tried and tested methods for prepping for anal?
I usually watch what I eat a few days, fast for 24 hours before the meet and douche on the day, but this doesn't always work.
I have tried enemas, some have been successful but some have made everything a lot worse! 
I'm really not bothered if anything goes a miss when I'm doing anything anal to a guy...just clean up in the shower and off you go again, but I get really paranoid when it comes to me  |

Females I play with regularly (not at the moment obviously) use a douche type anal washer. Essentially it’s a dildo with holes in it and it’s base it’s attached to a shower hose which you connect to your home’s shower.
You unscrew the shower hose from the wall, and replace it with the penis-shaped shower head. Insert and turn on the water flow to a low setting and more importantly low temperature. Allow water to flow in for a few seconds, ‘filling you up’ then remove the device and ‘release’!!
Repeat a few times until all is running clean.
You’re in reality giving yourself a colonic irrigation , however that’s why I personally would have reservations on using one. I would think that by washing your colon out with tap water u are messing with the chemical balance of your colon. I know that most health centres use additives in the water when conducting colonic irrigation on customers.
The ladies in question are very happy with the product though and have no complaints. (Note: They each have their own)

I personally find this works the best:
Night before take a laxative
After using loo next morning I douche using the small hand ones with the pump type bulb. I find warm water with a small squirt of shower gel best
Mostly have liquid type food during day
A few hours before meet douche again
Have bath and relax |

Just a quick douche for me sometimes dont get the chance but just been lucky I guess x little bit of mess doesnt hurt anyone as long as the guy isnt a little bitch haha hes pumping the shit pipe he knew the risks before he entered  |

I use a Enema about once a week on a regular basis and again when I have a meet and to make sure I'm clean at the meet I will use a dildo it's generally clean at this stage, I'm quite paranoid as once I did have a accident but I suppose once in about 10 year's isn't bad.  |

I bought a hand pump anal douche & use cool boiled water. I really Don't trust the shower attachments because if you cleanse too far into yourself, it can cause other problems & you'll definitely be washing out healthy gut bacteria. If you start passing a jelly type substance, you're hitting a deeper part of your colon! |

I always use a shower douche , and will do it usually an hour before a meet . I’d say most of the time this works fine and makes you very clean - on occasion accidents happen. However if a guy can’t deal with that he doesn’t deserve to be getting anal in my opinion |

I don't really plan my sex life on a schedule, so I'm not really sure how I'd prep anyway. But even first thing in the morning is ok with me xx |

Both being close to the vegetarian side of diet with lots of nuts and salads and fruit certainly changes the bodily fluids so its not been an issue for years for us. |

All of my anal encounters with ladies have been the heat of the moment and I’ve only had minor scrapes with the ‘dark side’ on my winkie, it’s all part and parcel of anal and like others have said, if you’re not prepared for that then you shouldn’t be doing it. |

I find a couple of full enemas before a meet has me cleared out.
I'm talking a litre at time, let it sit in the bowel for a few minutes and then empty. Repeat a couple of times till everything comes out clear.
If you lie on your left side as you take the enema it let's it get into your intestinal tract to clear that through too. |

I find it's more likely to go wrong if I prep... Maybe I just have a really clean ass?
I do however have IBS. So things like laxatives and enemas can really mess me up. I also listen to my body, there are times that no matter how much I want it, I just know it's going to go badly, so I don't. |

Easier said then done, but relax and accept that shit can happen with all things anal play related.
We just make sure we have baby wipes to hand
We douche and watch what we eat the day before, but dont bother with laxatives as there can be other side effects like cramps, flatulence, dehydration etc.
We also allow a little time between the douche and getting ready to ensure al water has been evacuated.
You do have to be careful when douching. You can risk burns if the water is too hot; off setting the natural flora and fauna found in your rectum and intestines if you over douche and if you use too much pressure you can damage or exacerbate any tears in the mucus membranes. |

I used a hand douche, cheap one from LoveHoney does the job, if I know anal is on the cards. However most times it isn't planned, just in the heat of the moment....I agree with the person above who said just listen to your body, you usually know whether it is a good idea or not.
Plus if someone is squeamish then they should know better than to take the chocolate highway!! |

I've never thought twice about whether a woman has done any kind of prepping and to be honest it really doesnt bother me..
9 times out of 10 its all totally fine or just a little bit.
And on the rare occasions its a little messy as i always say to my partners..that's what happens when you play the grown ups games |

Normally empty a few hours before and that is ok.
I have used the end of the shower hose gently and that works, but some water can stay up there so empty! Was a surprise.
The action will clump most together and you’re not fucking for hours so it will stay out of your way! |

As a single bi guy a lot of my play is either arranged meets (or was!) or sauna visits so it's kind of easier to arrange and plan for it that way. |

I've never worried about it.
I don't always have anal every sex session so it would be a waste of time to prep for it not to happen...althou I have had a few accidents, clean sheets and a shower sorts that out..
As my friend always say.. If your gonna go off road you need to expect to get a bit dirty sometimes.. |

On a serious note, since having my gall bladder out, I find big changes in my diet really mess things up. I used to be able to easily judge when it was safe for anal, now not so much.
