Soooooo.......we are seriously deciding to go poly. So C has a real ladyfriend, that is involved with our relationship.
Were both in this legit but for gods sake, how do we get into this?, how do we find the right lady for us that we are right for her? And how do we avoid the obvious issues!?

Remember this hypothetical third person is a human being, with their own needs and desires.
Try reading More Than Two (websites and book), look for your local poly group if there is one... Join poly groups on Facebook and learn from those of us who have been poly for some time.

Yeah, this is the thing, we want comfort and honesty all round, we arnt after the obligitory "unicorn". We want more of a long term, friend and eventually, a third person, an equal, with us

No, but we can deffinately give them a look. It is new to us but weve been discussing for quite some time now, and want to do this properly, so all involved know where we all stand

Some of us are just not wired for monogamous relationships. It's not that I specifically go looking for more women....I simply cannot turn off my capacity to have to have loving feelings for more than one.
It's certainly not easy. But hopefully nobody ever claimed it was. |

Yup. Google calendar is every poly person's friend. Plus were generally good at discussing sexual safety and risk assessment. |
