I don't think it is as simple as that, it kind of depends on the mutual attraction with the couple and the context. I prefer to think of it as starting from 50/50 but it might change depending on the chemistry. I think there is a perception here that it is all about the women and that the men are almost seen as incidental

I guess most if not all bi men started straight. The more experience you get the more comfortable you become.
