I saw a post several months ago that said "older" people shouldn't be on this site. Why not? Not everyone is turned off by mature people. And what's wrong with mature people meeting mature people on here? I'm an "older" person and I have two young ladies who have become very good friends...22 and 24. Thoughts? |

My first thought, is you're a lucky bugger to be friends with two young ladies!!!  
But, yes you're quite right, definatley shouldnt be too old to be on here!! If you find someome thats not the age you want, swipe on!! |

This 100% i have many friend the same age and i know they barely sleep in the same room together ,we ourselves had a dry spell but thankfully we are back on track and it DOES keep the closeness some no longer have ..

Define old, I'm 54 but my brain still thinks I'm 22.
The only difference between old and young is as the song says it takes us all night to do what we used to do all night  |

Yes that is a bit ironic nearly everyone wants to meet younger people, is it trying to recapture one's youth that causes this? |

I don't think so. I think that lots of people find youth more attractive than age. It's not wrong or bad, it's just human nature. Not many men of any age would choose me over an equally attractive and experienced woman of 35. It's how it is and I accept that |

Each to their own but in my case i have an older hubby so i deffo want younger ,a change is as good as a rest they say  |

My first thought was this is a thinly veiled boast about becoming friends with young ladies but, good luck to you, if they like you and you like them, who cares?!
I also thought it was ironic that your question ‘what’s wrong with mature people meeting other mature people on here?’ Is followed up by you making friends with ladies 40 yrs younger than you.
