I tried a herbal version once. It didn't give me an erection involuntarily but it definitely made it a lot easier to get it up and stay hard.

It's good, I get mine from boots, I break them in half as don't need it normally but gives me a rock hard dick after about 30mins to a hour then lasts for hours, can still cum but within 5 mins I'm hard again, not experienced any side effects |

It's not an instant hard on that lasts for hours, you need to be sexually aroused but once you get there the results are amazing and you can continue to get hard for hours. |

I must admit I've tried all sorts out of curiosity rather than need..
Loads of different herbal one's and nearly all have been very effective with no side effects or anything like that.
And lots of generic Viagra types..sildenafil.some of which have been brilliant and some totally useless rubbish..some have given me a slightly red face and the tops of my ears can go a little red but even that's hit and miss
I've never experienced headaches but I've always put that down to dehydration and always drink plenty of water
Cialis and it's generic versions i didn't find very much use..but a friend has and finds it works like rocket fuel for him

I started using it when going to clubs where perhaps the pressure of performing might.. ahem make things difficult! It’s good for us guys in our 40s as well.
